Megavoltage treatment—level 2.2 Radiation therapy and image verification for three‑dimensional treatment, if: (a) the treatment is delivered using a device that is included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods; and (b) image‑guided radiation therapy (IGRT) imaging is used to implement a complex three‑dimensional plan; and (c) complex three‑dimensional treatment is delivered with management of motion; and (d) image decisions and actions are documented in the patient’s record Applicable up to twice per plan per day
