Direct eyebrow lift in paretic states, or in involutional states, if:(a) vision is obscured as evidenced by the resting of upper lid skin on the eyelashes in straight ahead gaze; and(b) photographic evidence demonstrating the clinical need for this service is documented in the patient notes (Anaes.)
